Shipping Policy

Delivery methods

Orders are shipped via UPS. Delivery is available in France, Europe, and internationally.

Processing and shipping times

Each piece of jewelry is assembled to order from finished, handcrafted beads.

Treatment time : 3 - 5 days.


Delivery times vary depending on the destination. The stated delivery times are estimates only and may be extended in cases of force majeure or carrier delays. For international deliveries, I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.


The processing and shipping times indicated are estimates. In case of delay, Synonys will contact the customer to agree on a suitable timeframe or solution.


Synonys cannot be held responsible for delays related to the carrier or events beyond its control (customs, weather, strikes, etc.).

Delivery costs

  • Free delivery in France, EU, UK, Monaco and Switzerland.

  • For international deliveries, delivery costs will be specified when placing the order.

Address clarification and forwarding

Delivery will be made to the address provided when placing your order. Please ensure your address is correct and that your name is clearly visible on your mailbox. If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a return or inability to deliver, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs. This situation does not constitute grounds for a claim; a refund, if the package is returned to me, will not be automatic and will be reviewed before any decision is made.

Tracking and insurance

Each package is tracked by UPS. Synonys takes responsibility for packages until delivery and insures each shipment against loss or damage during transit. In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact me by email at contact@synonys.fr so that we can process the claim.

Customs and taxes

Any customs duties and import taxes for deliveries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country at the time of delivery. If the customer refuses to pay these charges and the package is returned, Synonys will refund the amount of the product(s) ordered, excluding delivery charges and any bank fees.

In the event of refusal of delivery by the customer, customs fees already paid cannot be refunded.

Restrictions

Some destinations may be restricted for legal, logistical or customs reasons.

Safety and packaging

The jewelry is carefully packaged to ensure its protection during transport. All packages are insured by Synonys.

Returns & Refunds

We operate a 14-day return policy :

. Contact me within : 14 days after delivery

. Return the items within : 14 days after your return has been approved.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with no signs of wear, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will contact you to provide instructions on how to proceed.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product received is not compliant or has a manufacturing defect, in which case we cover the return shipping costs, excluding any customs fees and export taxes). The item must be sent with a tracking number, which must be provided to contact@synonys.fr, and insured for the actual value of the package.

In the event of loss or damage to the package during return shipping, we will not be able to issue a refund. The buyer must then contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Legal guarantees

In accordance with Articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code, and Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code, all products sold by Synonys are covered by:

• the legal guarantee of conformity, valid for two years from the date of delivery of the product, which applies only to consumers acting for non-professional purposes.

• the guarantee against hidden defects.

These guarantees cover exclusively manufacturing defects or defects existing at the time of delivery. They do not apply to damage resulting from improper use, impact, negligence, or normal wear of the product.

In the event of a defect covered by the guarantee, please contact us so that we can determine together the most appropriate solution, such as a repair or any other suitable measure.

Exceptions or non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items). Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about a specific item. We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it unworn or unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@synonys.fr
